Even if you can’t touch your toes or don’t have a yoga mat, everyone can relax with a gingerbread man, go from Silly to Calm, learn dinosaur yoga and more. Featuring a beloved curriculum full of music and effective self-regulation techniques, this is the most fun you can have doing yoga and mindfulness guaranteed.

Train the Trainer At A Glance
- 3 Hour via Zoom Training with Lead Yogapalooza Trainer. Materials for Instant Implementation, including our teachers' guide, mindfulness cards, music, yoga cards, and Meddy Teddy to demo yoga poses.
- Additional 60-minute self-guided online training.
- Materials for instant implementation.
- High-level coaching and follow-up support with Bari. Including preparing you for your first training and problem-solving any "in the way." Plus strategy to get all providers board and support all trainer goals.
- Google Drive with flyers, parent handouts, PowerPoint + everything you need to lead your own trainings.
Yogapalooza has supported tens of thousands of teachers. Our train-the-trainer program will prepare you to lead your own successful trainings and support all staff and learners.
Our curriculum also takes care of the teacher while supporting our children.
